In this Free Video Training, I want to share with you how we coach our women to feeling freedom beyond the scale!
There are 3 phases: The Foundation Phase, The Build Phase, and The Endurance Phase featuring our 3 Pillars of Health which features Mindset, Fitness & Nutrition.
We will test drive and learn consistency with your newfound habits using a personalized tracker and awareness journal. You will develop self-discipline and learn how to keep yourself accountable even during life’s stressful seasons.
The functional training will continue to intensify, building your endurance in both strength and cardio.
We will teach you how to feel confident in making healthy choices while eating out, during special occasions, on vacations, and even during unplanned events and life circumstances.
The Freedom Beyond the Scale Program IS NOT...
This is not a self-led, one and done, here’s your diet or your workout program...good luck to you kind of program. However, you will need to show up, you must be coachable and you need to actually do the work to reap the results!
